Pet boarding app
Project Overview
We’re creating an app for Pelace’s customers to reduce the process of booking pet boarding, so they can easily book the room whenever they want, and enjoy the services we provide. To prevent the unpredictable situation without the clerk assisting, they can handle their needs anytime, anywhere.
The problems
Many store like pelace, facing the problems such
as regular customers were hard to appoint the
capacity rooms. Newcomers will lose due to the
inconvenient process of booking etc.
The goals
To make sure if the app and the reservation
features can solve most of their problems easily
when they need to find the short term stay for
their pets.

Unable to book multiple days

Users would like to select multiple days when booking via the calendar.

Booking in Roomtour page

Not just add to cart or book now, they want to see the individual room’s calendar to figure out how to plan their pet’s stay.

Sign in interruption

Users want to skip the step of sign in during the booking procedure.
